Key responsibilities & impact
  • Play an integral role in supporting Project DASH
  • Ensure that partners are set up to succeed on our platform
  • Address any issues partners experience promptly and with empathy
  • Manage relationships with many of our Project DASH partners
  • Train and onboard new partners
  • Focus on supporting US partners, with a portfolio expanding to international partners
  • Manage our Partner Support Specialist to ensure stellar partner support

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, partner management, program management, consulting, strategy, or related experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Passion for broadening food access; comfortable in (though not required to have direct experience in) the nonprofit sector
  • Build trust with partners, cross functional partners, and external stakeholders through clear, empathetic communication
  • Structured problem-solver who can use SQL to analyze data and drive decisions
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments, prioritizing well across competing demands
  • Detail-oriented and an eager learner, using your knowledge to improve processes
