Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree
3+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, technology, investment banking, analytics or related experience; high-growth experience preferred
Interest operating in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment
Experience contributing to large projects, hitting goals, and succeeding in a team environment
Proven problem solving and analytical skills; proficiency in SQL and expertise in Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets/sheets) are required
Ability to thoughtfully consider multiple perspectives and effectively communicate them to drive understanding and alignment.
