About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in the planning and coordinating project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Support project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and deliverables.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field or an additional 4 years of work experience in quantitative or business fields.
1+ years of experience in project management or a related role, preferably in the technology or security industry.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Project Schedule Management via Gantt Chart, Budget management, Cost Performance management) is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Smartsheets, Jira, Asana, Salesforce).
Basic understanding of physical security technologies are required (e.g. Axis, Genetec, Mercury, Aiphone, Von Duprin, HID).
Security Platform Certifications are a plus. (e.g. Genetec, Axis, Software House, OpenPath)
Familiarity with physical security technology systems (e.g., video surveillance, electronic access control, electronic door hardware, intrusion detection, intercom)
