About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own end-to-end execution of recurring US payroll cycles with precision
Lead payroll initiatives of moderate-to-high complexity from scoping through delivery
Act as a process owner to diagnose root causes of recurring issues and design scalable solutions
Support equity-to-payroll workflows
Serve as a subject matter expert for ADP and Workday HCM
Drive compliance, audit readiness, and controls
Identify gaps in workflows and escalate appropriately
Contribute to the long-term vision of the team

Requirements

What you’ll need

4–6 years of progressive, hands-on experience processing complex, multi-state US payroll
Bachelor degree or equivalent professional experience
Experience working in modern payroll and HCM platforms (e.g., ADP, Workday HCM)
Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills
Experience partnering cross-functionally with HRIS, Accounting, Tax, Benefits, and Legal
