Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years of experience in strategy & operations, logistics, management consulting, or a high-growth marketplace environment.
Track record of owning operational problems end-to-end—from diagnosis to testing to rollout.
Comfortable building from scratch in ambiguous, early-stage environments.
Analytically strong: proficient in SQL, fluent with data, able to identify root causes.
Fluency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar) to automate workflows and surface insights.
Clear and influential communication skills for diverse audiences.
