About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support all aspects of Accounts Payable including processing invoices and assisting vendors
- Oversee daily operations of the BPO team and ensure compliance
- Conduct weekly review meetings and provide training to strengthen operational excellence
- Review and approve invoices and resolve discrepancies with vendors
- Perform regular audits of invoices processed by the BPO team
- Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for AP processes
- Learn and support the development of automation tools for AP systems
- Deliver internal training sessions to the BPO team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Written and verbal proficiency in English
- A proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing outsourced (BPO) operations or high-volume AP functions.
- Eagerness to learn and apply automation and process optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
- Proficiency in NetSuite or similar ERP is highly preferred.
