What you’ll need

Demonstrated ability to work in or design for AI-enabled environments
Proven track record of delivering measurable, large-scale improvements
Experience driving significant change management
Strong program and process logic
Track record of operating with a high degree of autonomy
Comfortable with ambiguity and a rapidly evolving environment
Data-driven mindset with the ability to define success metrics
Clear, compelling communicator
