Key responsibilities & impact

Lead investigations into allegations involving unauthorized access, data misuse, and insider threat signals
Conduct interviews of complainants, subjects, and witnesses
Draft clear investigative reports with defensible findings and conclusions
Partner with internal Security teams to interpret system logs, access patterns, and digital evidence
Translate technical findings into clear investigative narratives
Assess employee intent, credibility, and level of risk
Support decision-making in legal, regulatory, or reputational exposure
Prepare, maintain, and track all case-related documents
Develop effective relationships with cross-functional partners
Utilize investigation data to provide strategic insights
Consult with in-house attorneys for compliance
Drive continuous improvement of Workplace Investigations

Requirements

What you’ll need

BA/BS
8+ years of relevant experience in workplace investigations, human resources, employee relations, security, and/or employment law
5+ years of experience conducting complex, high-risk investigations
Experience working with technical or digital evidence
Ability to operate in ambiguous, high-stakes environments
Operational excellence in case management
Highly organized and detail oriented
Experience managing relationships with diverse stakeholders
Outstanding communication skills and expert report writing
Flexibility and adaptability to a rapidly changing environment
