About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute daily operational workflows to maintain delivery quality and efficiency (e.g., weather playbooks, event support, supply adjustments)
Monitor live dashboards and respond in real time to emerging issues impacting deliveries
Investigate individual deliveries or operational anomalies and escalate findings appropriately
Research local events or conditions that may impact operations
Communicate clearly and professionally with cross-functional partners to share updates or escalate issues
Follow established playbooks consistently, while identifying opportunities for clarification or improvement
Support testing of new tools and workflows, and provide structured feedback to improve efficiency over time

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
Experience in operations, logistics, customer support, or other structured, process-driven environments (preferred)
Familiarity with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) (preferred)
Basic experience working with data or operational tools (e.g. Mode Analytics, Sigma/Looker/Power BI Dashboards) (preferred)
