Senior Compensation Design Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a key contributor in the merger of three international company job architectures
- Join the team responsible for designing job architecture and building out global ranges
- Develop and run compensation cycles focused on tooling and automation
- Communicate total pay programs, including base salary and equity
- Use analytical skills to drive data-led design of compensation programs
- Partner with HR Business Partners, recruiters, and Finance on global compensation matters
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of compensation experience in either a consulting or in-house role
- Background in global compensation
- Experience with the design and maintenance of job architectures and pay models
- Strong data analysis skills
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, finance, or another STEM discipline
- Experience with Workday and program management (preferred)
