Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a key contributor in the merger of three international company job architectures
Join the team responsible for designing job architecture and building out global ranges
Develop and run compensation cycles focused on tooling and automation
Communicate total pay programs, including base salary and equity
Use analytical skills to drive data-led design of compensation programs
Partner with HR Business Partners, recruiters, and Finance on global compensation matters

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of compensation experience in either a consulting or in-house role
Background in global compensation
Experience with the design and maintenance of job architectures and pay models
Strong data analysis skills
Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, finance, or another STEM discipline
Experience with Workday and program management (preferred)
