Key responsibilities & impact

Own project management plans for talent and rewards cycles, including timelines, RAID tracking, and follow-ups to keep workstreams on track
Coordinate across stakeholders and time zones to ensure clear communication and consistent execution of talent processes
Execute operational workflows with a high degree of accuracy, including managing manual processes and data updates across systems

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in program management, operations, or a related field
Experience supporting cross-functional projects and keeping detailed workstreams organized and on track
Experience using or experimenting with AI tools / Agent building to automate tasks or improve workflows
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in executing against timelines and processes
Motivated to learn, grow, and contribute to improving how teams operate in a fast-paced environment
