About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own plan design and governance by leading strategy and quarterly refresh of Sales Incentive Plans
- Act as a strategic partner to Finance, Legal, Payroll, HR and GTM leadership
- Build and present robust models and scenario analyses to inform strategy
- Drive documentation and change management to ensure accurate plan implementation
- Lead and coach a Senior Commission Analyst to support professional growth
- Identify opportunities to automate and enhance accuracy of sales comp processes
- Own documentation and partner with internal teams on audits and control requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, Finance, or People Analytics
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Excellent communicator who can distill complex data into clear recommendations
- Comfortable managing projects end-to-end in a fast-paced environment
- Proven people management experience
- Experience with CRM or sales comp tools such as Salesforce or Anaplan
- Understanding of SaaS or recurring revenue models and pay-mix structures
- Strong presentation skills
