Requirements

4-6 years of experience in consulting, strategy, financial services, operations, technology, startups or related experience
Ability to analyze and synthesize data, make informed decisions and balance quantitative measurement with an empathetic, intuition-based mindset
Proficiency in SQL and Excel
Strong problem-solving skills with a first principles approach
Ability to communicate complex topics clearly to stakeholders at all levels
Focus on getting tasks done with attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master’s Degree preferred but not required
