About the role
- Own the ongoing administration of global equity plans
- Develop processes and training for Tier 1 employee inquiries
- Own equity employee Tier 2 inquiries and escalations
- Collaborate with the Equity Operations Manager for program changes
- Support monthly/quarterly equity reporting
- Maintain data integrity in equity platform
- Work with HR for accurate employee data
- Work with Payroll for tax positions and data integrity
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in stock plan administration
- Understanding of global equity operations and taxation
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Strong track record of achievement
- Ability to distill complex concepts into simple communications
- Comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- Customer-obsessed attitude for equity participant support
- Ability to work independently and with partners
- Strong problem identification and resolution skills
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- CEP designation or in progress is a plus
- Knowledge of Workday, ADP, and Equity Edge Online is a huge plus
