Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in analytics, planning, strategy, or an operations-focused role
Expert modeler in spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel)
Ability to build dashboards in modern BI tools (Sigma or similar)
Experience using AI tools to improve analytical workflows
Ability to translate complexity into clarity
Influence without authority and build trust with senior leaders
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and iterating as plans change
BA/BS or equivalent experience in a quantitative or math-forward discipline
