About the role
- Set the strategic foundation for DoorDash’s most important campaigns
- Define core insight and strategic territory for creative
- Influence direction before work moves into execution
- Translate insights into strategic territories and briefs
- Collaborate with Creative and agency partners on culturally relevant work
- Own campaign ecosystems ensuring end-to-end cohesion
- Build and evolve DoorDash’s brand foundations
- Shape market introductions for new products
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in brand and/or creative strategy (brand-side or agency)
- Strong point of view on how brands break through in culture
- Ability to frame problems and identify insights
- Knowledge of brand positioning and messaging
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration
- Fluent in brand health, measurement, and campaign performance
- Strong instincts for cultural signals
- Experience operating in a multi-sided business
- Strong fluency in AI applications
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
