Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in brand and/or creative strategy (brand-side or agency)
  • Strong point of view on how brands break through in culture
  • Ability to frame problems and identify insights
  • Knowledge of brand positioning and messaging
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration
  • Fluent in brand health, measurement, and campaign performance
  • Strong instincts for cultural signals
  • Experience operating in a multi-sided business
  • Strong fluency in AI applications
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
