About the role

  • Foster a safety-first approach to all things Remote Assistance
  • Lead daily, weekly and monthly operational meetings to review and lead operational performance improvements
  • Work with Product and Engineering to roadmap and implement ongoing tooling and workflow improvements
  • Work with Local Operations to ensure workflows and operational handoffs are seamless with increasing scale
  • Coordinate multi-city teams and implement multinational operations to provide functional redundancy and deliver consistent, cost-effective performance
  • Model labor needs including autonomy improvements and scale of operations
  • Maintain accountability and uptime of specialized functional equipment and terminals
  • Flex to nights or weekends to oversee and spot check the team

Requirements

  • 6+ years of work experience
  • Experience leading remote assistance or operational programs, including large teams
  • Prior experience in robotics or autonomous vehicles
  • Experience with custom Remote Assistance platforms, JIRA, Slack and other tools
  • Believe in 1% improvement every day.
