About the role

  • Own merchant onboarding and post-sale quality support
  • Minimize catering selection churn and ensure a great merchant experience.
  • Respond to catering pilot email questions and perform weekly checks on large order merchant quality program.
  • Audit and update the menus of all Merchants participating in the Large Order Program.
  • Gather comprehensive metadata for all Merchants live on the Large Order Program.
  • Assess and address price inflation among Merchants in the Large Order Program.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience working in customer support, operations, or account management.
  • Ability to prioritize varying tasks.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, environments, and challenges while maintaining focus and effectiveness.
  • Critical thinking to evaluate and resolve situations where established procedures are insufficient or unavailable.
  • Accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks, paying attention to detail and maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Comfortable with varying levels of ambiguity.
