About the role
- Own merchant onboarding and post-sale quality support
- Minimize catering selection churn and ensure a great merchant experience.
- Respond to catering pilot email questions and perform weekly checks on large order merchant quality program.
- Audit and update the menus of all Merchants participating in the Large Order Program.
- Gather comprehensive metadata for all Merchants live on the Large Order Program.
- Assess and address price inflation among Merchants in the Large Order Program.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience working in customer support, operations, or account management.
- Ability to prioritize varying tasks.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, environments, and challenges while maintaining focus and effectiveness.
- Critical thinking to evaluate and resolve situations where established procedures are insufficient or unavailable.
- Accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks, paying attention to detail and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Comfortable with varying levels of ambiguity.
