Requirements
- 10+ years of experience
- 3+ years of experience managing teams
- A systems thinker who can see the full architecture of how people, process, and technology interconnect
- Thrives in high-change, high-ambiguity environments
- Collaboration and influence skills to align diverse stakeholders behind a shared transformation vision
- Solving problems from first principles
- Customer focused with end-user empathy
