About the role
- Own Projects End-to-End: Take ambiguous ideas and turn them into well-defined projects.
- Partner Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Enterprise teams to align priorities and share findings.

- Partner with tech and product leaders to deliver solutions.
- Oversee the creation of future-state process architectures that integrate with AI-powered tools.
- Ensure all process changes are backed by quantifiable success metrics.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience
- 3+ years of experience managing teams
- A systems thinker who can see the full architecture of how people, process, and technology interconnect
- Thrives in high-change, high-ambiguity environments
- Collaboration and influence skills to align diverse stakeholders behind a shared transformation vision
- Solving problems from first principles
- Customer focused with end-user empathy
