About the role
- As Senior IT Systems & Automation Manager, you take full ownership of our tech stack end-to-end. You are the central driver for system-supported process optimization, AI adoption and automation across the company.
- You translate business needs into scalable, clean system solutions — connecting tools into stable workflows, converting manual and error-prone processes into robust end-to-end automations, and ensuring IT infrastructure and security provide a reliable foundation for our growth.
- This role is a strategic lever for scaling. You will work directly with the Senior Management team and will progressively take full ownership of the area. Long-term development possible toward Team Coordinator / Lead of IT Systems & Automation 🚀📈
Requirements
- Several years of experience in IT Systems, Business Systems, or Tech Operations
- Self-driven continuous learning around AI topics, updates and opportunities, with a clear understanding of the business context
- Strong in building and optimizing system architectures
- Experience with automation tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier
- Understanding of APIs, Webhooks, JSON and data transformations (No-Code/Low-Code focus)
- Preferably experience with business systems such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Workspace, ClickUp, NetSuite
- Knowledge of IT security (firewalls, networks, endpoint security, compliance)
- Solid experience with cloud environments (BigQuery)
- Strong project skills, structured and confident in prioritization
- Communicative and confident when interacting with Heads & C-level
- Ability to provide technical leadership and take ownership
- Excellent German and English skills
