Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B hardware sales experience with deep OEM exposure.
- Proven background in drones, robotics, autonomy, or defense-adjacent markets.
- Track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder design-in deals.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to sell to CEOs, CTOs, and engineers.
- Highly disciplined, data-driven, and hands-on in deals.
