Job Level

About the role

  • Lead user-centered design efforts by planning and conducting user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys, and data analysis) to uncover user needs, behaviors, and pain points, translating insights into actionable design outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to contribute to product discovery, roadmap planning, and feature definition—ensuring design is embedded from early concept through launch.
  • Own the full design lifecycle, including user journeys, flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs, validating solutions with users and stakeholders along the way.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, Marketing, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, iterate on designs, and ensure smooth handoff and implementation.
  • Evaluate and iterate on live features by monitoring product performance, analyzing qualitative and quantitative feedback, and using data-driven insights to continuously improve the user experience.
  • Help prioritize design work in alignment with the product backlog, ensuring the team delivers meaningful value to both users and the business while maintaining a high-quality, cohesive experience.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or a related role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design ownership, strategic thinking, and visual craftsmanship.
  • Enterprise / B2B product experience, including designing complex features and workflows for SaaS platforms, CRMs, ERPs, or similar tools.
  • Advanced proficiency with design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma.
  • Data-informed design mindset, with experience using product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics) to inform research, validate hypotheses, and measure impact.
  • User research expertise, including the ability to plan, conduct, synthesize, and communicate insights from both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to clearly articulate design decisions, document user journeys, and deliver high-quality design handoffs to Engineering.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset, with attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering thoughtful, high-impact user experiences.
