About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Originate and develop new opportunities with real estate developers, construction companies, land developers, and other real estate market participants
  • Lead meetings with clients and partners, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities to structure financial solutions
  • Conduct initial transaction analysis, assessing the business characteristics, feasibility, financial structure, risk, credit, and collateral
  • Design, together with internal teams, solutions involving CRIs (Brazilian real estate receivables certificates), real estate receivables, construction financing, Home Equity, debt structures, and transactions backed by collateral
  • Commercially manage opportunities throughout the entire cycle, from origination and initial assessment through negotiation and closing
  • Support financial modeling and transaction structuring in collaboration with credit, risk, legal, and other relevant teams
  • Develop commercial strategies for receivables prepayment, inventory financing, construction financing, and other capital needs in the real estate market
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with originators, investors, funds, securitization companies, and strategic partners
  • Work directly with senior leadership in meetings, negotiations, and external engagements
  • Contribute to building and expanding the commercial business line

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in capital markets, structured credit, or financial transactions related to the real estate market, preferably at asset managers, securitization companies, or DCM/Capital Markets divisions of financial institutions
  • Strong knowledge of structures and products such as CRIs (Brazilian real estate receivables certificates), structured debt, real estate receivables, real estate financing, Home Equity, and collateral-backed transactions
  • Knowledge of real estate market dynamics and experience with transactions involving developers, construction companies, land developers, or other industry participants
  • Ability to conduct financial reviews and transaction feasibility analyses, connecting commercial, financial, credit, and risk considerations
  • Experience leading negotiations and managing relationships with clients and executive-level stakeholders
  • Consultative, business-oriented profile, with the ability to originate opportunities, engage in technical discussions, and independently lead negotiations
  • Executive communication skills, strong stakeholder management, and confidence working directly with clients, partners, and senior leadership
  • Availability for hybrid work in São Paulo, SP, and for external meetings and site visits
  • Experience with FIDCs (Brazilian receivables investment funds), real estate funds, securitization, or other structured investment vehicles (a plus)
  • Advanced knowledge of financial modeling applied to credit and structured transactions (a plus)
  • Active relationships with real estate and capital markets participants (a plus)
  • Track record of originating and closing complex or high-volume structured transactions (a plus)
