About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate the marketing team, aligning priorities and next steps;
- Maintain an active, up-to-date calendar of campaigns, launches, and content;
- Oversee the production of creative assets, materials, content, and brand activations;
- Review copy, designs, and materials before final approval, ensuring brand consistency;
- Prepare briefings and feedback, providing clarity and direction to the team and external vendors;
- Follow up on deadlines to prevent rework and delays;
- Consolidate information and report on action progress to leadership;
- Support the Commercial team with campaign materials and information;
- Ensure planned initiatives are executed with quality and consistency.
Requirements

- Ability to organize workflows, priorities, and execution schedules;
- Experience in campaign planning and roll-out;
- Solid foundation in branding: coherence between messaging, visual identity, and positioning;
- Familiarity with digital, content, and trade marketing working in an integrated way;
- Clear, confident communication skills, able to align teams and external vendors;
- Sense of ownership: presence, responsibility, and consistency in delivery.
