About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the team responsible for the operation of the Cloud Business Unit, developing people, monitoring performance, and promoting a high-performance culture
- Define priorities, assign tasks, and monitor team productivity
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and the quality of the unit's deliverables
- Monitor operational metrics, analyze variances, and drive action plans to improve results
- Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and standardize processes
- Work collaboratively with Commercial, Pre-sales, Post-sales, Credit, Collections, Legal, and Portfolio teams, as well as vendors and business partners
- Quickly resolve operational challenges, support the team in decision-making, and ensure operational continuity
- Develop the team through feedback, performance follow-up, individual development plans (IDPs), and training initiatives
- Contribute to the evolution of tools, processes, and routines in the area, strengthening a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience leading operational teams
- Experience in operations related to the Cloud ecosystem, preferably at technology distributors, manufacturers, or companies that work with channels and partners
- Strong analytical skills and experience managing operational metrics
- Experience managing complex, multidisciplinary processes
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across functions and align multiple stakeholders
- Organized, proactive, resilient, and problem-solving oriented
- Comfortable leading change and driving process improvements
- Ability to work in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments
