About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and develop a strategic portfolio of clients and business partners
  • Build strong relationships, acting as the primary commercial point of contact for the portfolio
  • Identify opportunities for expansion, renewals, and new business development
  • Prepare, negotiate, and monitor commercial proposals, ensuring a consultative approach throughout the sales cycle
  • Manage the sales pipeline and keep opportunities updated in the CRM
  • Maintain constant interaction with Credit, Logistics, Finance, Operations, Pre-Sales, and Portfolio teams to ensure progress of negotiations and the best customer experience
  • Develop relationships with vendors and strategic partners, strengthening the business ecosystem
  • Monitor portfolio metrics, contributing to achieving commercial targets and improving results
  • Monitor market trends and support the development of commercial strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience managing B2B client portfolios, preferably in the technology sector
  • Experience in consultative selling and handling complex negotiations
  • Experience within the technology ecosystem, working with distributors, vendors, channels, or resellers
  • Ability to build long-term relationships and develop business through a consultative approach
  • Experience preparing commercial proposals, pipeline management, and using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Analytical and organized profile, with the ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
