About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and develop a strategic portfolio of clients and business partners
- Build strong relationships, acting as the primary commercial point of contact for the portfolio
- Identify opportunities for expansion, renewals, and new business development
- Prepare, negotiate, and monitor commercial proposals, ensuring a consultative approach throughout the sales cycle
- Manage the sales pipeline and keep opportunities updated in the CRM
- Maintain constant interaction with Credit, Logistics, Finance, Operations, Pre-Sales, and Portfolio teams to ensure progress of negotiations and the best customer experience
- Develop relationships with vendors and strategic partners, strengthening the business ecosystem
- Monitor portfolio metrics, contributing to achieving commercial targets and improving results
- Monitor market trends and support the development of commercial strategies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience managing B2B client portfolios, preferably in the technology sector
- Experience in consultative selling and handling complex negotiations
- Experience within the technology ecosystem, working with distributors, vendors, channels, or resellers
- Ability to build long-term relationships and develop business through a consultative approach
- Experience preparing commercial proposals, pipeline management, and using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Analytical and organized profile, with the ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
