About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary technical reference for the HubSpot platform, ensuring its governance, continuous development, and alignment with business needs
  • Design, develop and optimize workflows, pipelines, forms, automations and other platform features, ensuring scalability, efficiency and process standardization
  • Provide technical leadership for CRM implementation, integration and enhancement projects, connecting HubSpot to other platforms and enterprise solutions
  • Collaborate with Customer Experience, Technology, Data, Automation, Marketing, Sales and Post-sales teams, translating business needs into technical solutions that deliver value
  • Promote CRM data governance and quality, ensuring information consistency, reliability of metrics and support for decision-making
  • Develop dashboards, reports and KPIs that expand strategic use of the platform and support various business areas
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities, proposing new features, automations and optimizations to increase CRM potential and operational efficiency
  • Act as an internal platform champion by conducting training, supporting users and promoting best practices to strengthen HubSpot adoption and strategic use
  • Evaluate and implement new AI and automation applications integrated with the CRM to drive productivity gains, improve user experience and generate business insights.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong experience with HubSpot, including platform setup, data governance, building workflows, pipelines, automations and integrations
  • Experience in CRM implementation, upgrade or restructuring projects
  • Experience with system integrations, APIs or automation platforms
  • Knowledge of process modeling, workflow automation and platform utilization optimization
  • Experience building dashboards, metrics and analyses focused on monitoring results and supporting decision-making
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, consultative approach and ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences, aligning business and technology stakeholders
  • Experience delivering training and supporting adoption of new tools and processes
  • Advanced English
