About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide commercial support and development alongside partners, clients, and internal teams
- Conduct follow-ups, prepare quotes, coordinate commercial alignments, and track opportunities
- Support negotiations and commercial dealings within the operation
- Manage multiple simultaneous requests in a fast-paced, dynamic routine
- Operate with a sense of priority, organization, and operational agility
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, clients, and various company departments
- Monitor commercial workflows and support the progress of the department’s requests
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day operational and strategic activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in commercial routines, customer service, or commercial support
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, proactive profile with the ability to handle multiple demands
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities
- Ease in building interpersonal relationships and working in a team
- Experience in technology companies, distribution, or B2B environments (a plus)
- Experience with CRM and pipeline tracking (a plus)
- Experience in operations with high volumes of commercial requests (a plus)
