About the role

  • Work on international trade operations with focus on import and export, overseeing end-to-end flow and ensuring alignment between international suppliers, customers and logistics partners;
  • Direct service to international customers (Order Center), managing interactions via email, calls and other channels, ensuring clarity on information, deadlines and order status;
  • Management of international purchase orders, including critical review, system entry and follow-up to ensure delivery according to agreed conditions (quantity, price and lead time);
  • Contact with international suppliers for issuance and monitoring of orders, ensuring compliance with commercial terms;
  • Review and validation of import and export documentation, ensuring compliance and organization of physical and system records;
  • Interface with customs brokers, including monitoring processes, forecasting cash requirements and alignment with the finance area;
  • Conduct quotes and contract international freight, assessing cost, transit time and efficiency for each operation;
  • Monitor logistics operations and continually update delivery forecasts for internal and external stakeholders;
  • Issue tax invoices related to the processes (incoming, outgoing, complementary and transfers);
  • Support testing and system parameterization, contributing to the evolution and organization of the operation.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in international trade, with hands-on work in import and export;
  • Experience managing international orders and interfacing with customers;
  • Experience working with customs brokers and monitoring customs processes;
  • Advanced English for frequent communication with international stakeholders;
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel.
