About the role

  • Support the financial operations of five companies, maintaining active relationships with multiple banks and dozens of bank accounts;
  • Act as the finance team’s technical reference, supporting organization, prioritization and execution standards;
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring predictability and control of cash flow;
  • Lead collections management, monitoring delinquency, due dates, follow-ups and recovery actions;
  • Operate bank payment registers (borderôs), and handle remittance and return files;
  • Monitor credit bureau listings (e.g., Serasa) and legal actions when applicable;
  • Build and track financial KPIs, management reports and dashboards;
  • Actively participate in improvement, implementation and restructuring projects for financial processes;
  • Maintain constant interface with accounting, tax, legal and operations teams.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting complex financial operations across multiple companies, with high volume and direct impact on cash;
  • Proven track record working with a large number of bank accounts and regular bank relationships;
  • Demonstrated ability to read financials, perform risk analysis and prioritize in delinquency scenarios;
  • Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis, data consolidation and decision support;
  • Experience designing and using financial KPIs and dashboards in Power BI;
  • Experience with financial ERPs (Millennium/Linx or similar).
