About the role
- Define brand positioning, core messaging and brand personality;
- Develop the strategic marketing plan and translate it into campaigns, a calendar and priorities;
- Lead and develop the marketing team, ensuring clarity, autonomy and consistent delivery standards;
- Approve campaigns, materials, launches and creative proposals, ensuring brand consistency;
- Integrate branding, digital, trade and communications into a single, consistent and continuous vision;
- Run 360° campaigns, connecting digital presence, brand experience, trade and performance;
- Work closely with the Sales team to align strategy, channels and conversion rhythm;
- Monitor and analyze key KPIs (sell-in, sell-out, CAC, ROI, campaign and digital performance) to inform decisions;
- Manage budget, vendors and priorities, directing investments to the highest-impact initiatives;
- Track market movements, competitors and trends to anticipate and adjust course;
- Be accountable for the brand’s coherence, performance and evolution in both the short and long term.
Requirements
- Experience leading a full Marketing area or function
- Experience with 360° campaigns (brand + digital + trade)
- Ability to structure strategy and ensure continuous execution
- People leadership (direction, development and alignment)
- Strong analytical skills for reading KPIs (sell-in, sell-out, CAC, ROI, performance)
- Clear, data-driven decision-making, prioritization and business-context awareness
- Objective, confident communication aligned with senior leadership
- An aesthetic eye and focus on consistency to protect brand identity and narrative
- Sense of ownership: presence, responsibility and delivery cadence.
