About the role

  • Define brand positioning, core messaging and brand personality;
  • Develop the strategic marketing plan and translate it into campaigns, a calendar and priorities;
  • Lead and develop the marketing team, ensuring clarity, autonomy and consistent delivery standards;
  • Approve campaigns, materials, launches and creative proposals, ensuring brand consistency;
  • Integrate branding, digital, trade and communications into a single, consistent and continuous vision;
  • Run 360° campaigns, connecting digital presence, brand experience, trade and performance;
  • Work closely with the Sales team to align strategy, channels and conversion rhythm;
  • Monitor and analyze key KPIs (sell-in, sell-out, CAC, ROI, campaign and digital performance) to inform decisions;
  • Manage budget, vendors and priorities, directing investments to the highest-impact initiatives;
  • Track market movements, competitors and trends to anticipate and adjust course;
  • Be accountable for the brand’s coherence, performance and evolution in both the short and long term.

Requirements

  • Experience leading a full Marketing area or function
  • Experience with 360° campaigns (brand + digital + trade)
  • Ability to structure strategy and ensure continuous execution
  • People leadership (direction, development and alignment)
  • Strong analytical skills for reading KPIs (sell-in, sell-out, CAC, ROI, performance)
  • Clear, data-driven decision-making, prioritization and business-context awareness
  • Objective, confident communication aligned with senior leadership
  • An aesthetic eye and focus on consistency to protect brand identity and narrative
  • Sense of ownership: presence, responsibility and delivery cadence.
