About the role
- Execute digital, social and promotional campaigns and activations;
- Monitor basic KPIs, consolidate results and prepare monitoring reports;
- Oversee production of creative assets and materials, supporting design, content and proofreading;
- Keep spreadsheets, tracking tools and calendars up to date and well organized;
- Support management of social media, influencers and content partners;
- Monitor media performance (Meta Ads and Google Ads) and suggest basic optimizations;
- Support events, product launches and activations with the team and vendors;
- Prepare quotes and manage communications and follow-up with vendors and partners;
- Ensure organization, pace and quality at every stage of execution.
Requirements
- Experience in marketing (campaign operations, content or digital);
- Experience managing social media and producing/organizing content;
- Familiarity with digital media (Meta/Google) and interpreting performance results;
- Ability to create and maintain spreadsheets and tracking tools in an organized manner;
- Strong writing skills for proofreading and supporting content creation.
