About the role

  • Lead onboarding for new clients, acting as the primary technical point of contact and expectations manager
  • Align scope, timelines and responsibilities with all stakeholders (client and internal teams)
  • Plan, organize and execute the implementation schedule, ensuring timely, high-quality deliveries
  • Conduct technical and operational training to ensure correct adoption of solutions
  • Serve as an active bridge between CS, Support, Product and Operations, ensuring smooth communication
  • Anticipate risks and act quickly to prevent bottlenecks and rework
  • Monitor activation metrics and ensure a structured handover to the Customer Success team
  • Contribute to improvements in onboarding and implementation processes.

Requirements

  • Experience with implementation/onboarding projects in SaaS, technology, or B2B
  • Strong organizational, communication and schedule management skills
  • Ability to collaborate with both business and technical teams
  • Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and familiarity with tools such as spreadsheets, CRM and project management tools
  • Availability to work hybrid in Esteio (1 to 2 days per week)
  • Experience with Digital Signage, internal communications or technical integration projects.
