About the role
- Lead onboarding for new clients, acting as the primary technical point of contact and expectations manager
- Align scope, timelines and responsibilities with all stakeholders (client and internal teams)
- Plan, organize and execute the implementation schedule, ensuring timely, high-quality deliveries
- Conduct technical and operational training to ensure correct adoption of solutions
- Serve as an active bridge between CS, Support, Product and Operations, ensuring smooth communication
- Anticipate risks and act quickly to prevent bottlenecks and rework
- Monitor activation metrics and ensure a structured handover to the Customer Success team
- Contribute to improvements in onboarding and implementation processes.
Requirements
- Experience with implementation/onboarding projects in SaaS, technology, or B2B
- Strong organizational, communication and schedule management skills
- Ability to collaborate with both business and technical teams
- Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and familiarity with tools such as spreadsheets, CRM and project management tools
- Availability to work hybrid in Esteio (1 to 2 days per week)
- Experience with Digital Signage, internal communications or technical integration projects.
