About the role
- Analyze requests received from the commercial team, assessing technical documentation and the scope of the requests;
- Develop technical solutions for industrial low-voltage electrical installations;
- Prepare electrical execution projects, including single-line and functional diagrams, layouts, detailed drawings and technical specifications;
- Design and detail control and protection panels, such as MCCs (Motor Control Centers), distribution panels and main low-voltage switchboards (QGBT);
- Perform technical calculations for conductor and protection sizing, voltage drop, selectivity and coordination;
- Develop lightning protection (SPDA) and grounding/earthing systems in accordance with technical standards;
- Design basic data network infrastructure and structured cabling, when applicable;
- Prepare technical cost estimates, evaluating costs, feasibility and adherence to the proposed scope;
- Ensure that projects and estimates comply with NBR 5410, NR-10, NBR 5419 and other applicable standards;
- Support the transition from design to execution engineering, clarifying assumptions and adopted solutions;
- Carry out periodic technical follow-ups, field validations and support the consolidation of as-built documentation;
- Work collaboratively with engineering, execution and other internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnical or Electronic Engineering;
- Valid driver's license (CNH) — Category B;
- Experience with industrial electrical projects;
- Experience in technical analysis, cost estimating and reading engineering documentation;
- Knowledge of industrial low-voltage electrical installations;
- Proficiency with applicable technical standards (NBR 5410, NR-10, NBR 5419);
- Microsoft Office (Excel and Word);
- Familiarity with electrical modeling software such as EPLAN, AutoCAD and Revit.
