• Full responsibility: You oversee the complete accounting and financial reporting under HGB (German Commercial Code) for our diverse clients.
• Client-focused advisor: You support our clients with solid expertise on VAT law, providing clear and solution-oriented guidance.
• Closing expert: You independently prepare monthly and annual financial statements under HGB and ensure their quality.
• Strategic partner: You proactively communicate financial insights and provide valuable recommendations to our clients.
• Process optimizer: You implement modern finance processes and quickly adapt to new tools (such as DATEV, SAP, or Navision).

• Review, code and post all types of accounting documents
• Support with monthly and annual financial statements
• Preparation of VAT advance returns
• Processing of travel and credit card expense reports
• Management of payment operations, including processing incoming invoices and maintaining vendor/creditor master data
• Careful and conscientious management of the entire accounting function

Accountant

• Responsibility for overall accounting and financial reporting under HGB (Handelsgesetzbuch/German Commercial Code)
• Provide expert advice and support to our clients on all matters of VAT (value-added tax) law
• Independently prepare monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB
• Proactively communicate financial insights and recommendations to our clients
• Implement and optimize financial processes and quickly adapt to new tools and systems
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders
