About the role

  • Support, develop and retain the brand's distributor partners by providing commercial assistance, order-management support, performance monitoring and business growth guidance, ensuring a positive, human-centered experience at every touchpoint.
  • Handle outbound and inbound support for distributors via phone, WhatsApp and email.
  • Register new distributors and support onboarding (training, first orders, commercial policies, etc.).
  • Monitor monthly sales targets and KPIs for each distributor, identifying opportunities to increase product mix and penetration.
  • Send campaigns, promotions and product launches to stimulate repurchase and engagement.
  • Monitor product turnover, minimum stock levels and sell-out activities in coordination with trade marketing.
  • Keep the CRM and commercial tracking reports up to date.
  • Gather feedback from the channel to improve products, processes and customer service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma (preferably pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related fields).
  • Previous experience in commercial/customer service or B2B telesales.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills and proficiency with digital tools (CRM, Google and Microsoft tools, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
  • Experience with distributor channels, the cosmetics industry or consumer goods is desirable.
