About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support, develop and retain the brand's distributor partners by providing commercial assistance, order-management support, performance monitoring and business growth guidance, ensuring a positive, human-centered experience at every touchpoint.
Handle outbound and inbound support for distributors via phone, WhatsApp and email.
Register new distributors and support onboarding (training, first orders, commercial policies, etc.).
Monitor monthly sales targets and KPIs for each distributor, identifying opportunities to increase product mix and penetration.
Send campaigns, promotions and product launches to stimulate repurchase and engagement.
Monitor product turnover, minimum stock levels and sell-out activities in coordination with trade marketing.
Keep the CRM and commercial tracking reports up to date.
Gather feedback from the channel to improve products, processes and customer service.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma (preferably pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related fields).
Previous experience in commercial/customer service or B2B telesales.
Good verbal and written communication skills and proficiency with digital tools (CRM, Google and Microsoft tools, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
Experience with distributor channels, the cosmetics industry or consumer goods is desirable.
