About the role

  • Engage in strategic prospecting of new B2B clients and distributors, focusing on market expansion and the creation of new revenue streams;
  • Map territories, segments and commercial opportunities based on market analysis and revenue potential;
  • Identify and approach decision-makers with a focus on relationship-building and opening qualified commercial opportunities;
  • Develop and execute market entry strategies for new markets and regions;
  • Conduct initial negotiations and structure opportunities with real closing potential;
  • Manage pipeline and strategic KPIs in the CRM, ensuring predictability and consistent opportunity generation;
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to align ICP, segmentation and growth strategies;
  • Monitor metrics such as opportunity progression rate, potential revenue generation and account expansion;
  • Contribute market intelligence by analyzing competitors, trends and strategic movements in the sector.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, International Relations or related fields;
  • Previous experience in new business development, market expansion or strategic B2B prospecting;
  • Strong knowledge of consultative selling and B2B negotiation;
  • Proficiency in pipeline management, forecasting and commercial performance metrics;
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, RD Station, Pipedrive or similar), with a focus on strategic opportunity management;
  • Ability to define and analyze ICP, market segmentation and revenue potential;
  • Experience with go-to-market strategies for entering new markets;
  • Preferred: experience in the cosmetics sector, professional beauty or industries with a B2B/distribution model.
