HR Generalist Intern – HR & Payroll

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support HR and payroll administrative routines;
- Assist with the control and organization of onboarding and employee records/documents;
- Support hiring/onboarding processes, integration and internal transfers, and internal communications (endomarketing);
- Assist with timekeeping, benefits administration, and information for payroll;
- Update employee data in systems (Sólides and Factorial);
- Support Recruitment & Selection activities, training, and internal initiatives;
- Contribute to organizing HR metrics and reports.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a Human Resources or Psychology degree program, from the 2nd semester onwards;
- Interest in working as a generalist in HR and payroll/personnel;
- Organized, responsible, and attentive to deadlines;
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion;
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
