About the role
- Define and execute the EMEA sales strategy for bioprocessing solutions in alignment with global objectives
- Build, lead, coach, and develop a regional sales team of approximately 4–5 headcount
- Set clear objectives, performance metrics, and development plans for the sales team
- Drive revenue growth through direct customer engagement and effective channel management: distributors and agents
- Manage and grow key strategic and global customer relationships
- Identify new market opportunities within life sciences segments
- Lead complex sales cycles from opportunity identification through negotiation and closure
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product management, and application teams
- Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related field
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive sales experience in bioprocessing, biopharma, life sciences, or related industries
- Minimum 3+ years of people management experience or proven team leadership responsibility
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing regional sales strategies
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience managing customers across multiple countries or regions
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively within EMEA
