About the role

  • Define and execute the EMEA sales strategy for bioprocessing solutions in alignment with global objectives
  • Build, lead, coach, and develop a regional sales team of approximately 4–5 headcount
  • Set clear objectives, performance metrics, and development plans for the sales team
  • Drive revenue growth through direct customer engagement and effective channel management: distributors and agents
  • Manage and grow key strategic and global customer relationships
  • Identify new market opportunities within life sciences segments
  • Lead complex sales cycles from opportunity identification through negotiation and closure
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product management, and application teams
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategy

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related field
  • Minimum 7+ years of progressive sales experience in bioprocessing, biopharma, life sciences, or related industries
  • Minimum 3+ years of people management experience or proven team leadership responsibility
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing regional sales strategies
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience managing customers across multiple countries or regions
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively within EMEA
