About the role
- Promote Donaldson products and services through commercial and technical support to customers and distributors
- Proactively identify, qualify, and manage sales opportunities from prospecting through closing
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with end users, OEMs, contractors, agents, and distributors
- Establish communication matrix with different stakeholders across key accounts, engineers, operation and maintenance, plant managers, and procurement
- Conduct site visits, assess customer equipment, and provide first-line technical support
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations tailored to customer requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams, engineering, pricing, logistics, and customer service, to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Solid first experience in technical sales
- Experience in one of the above mentioned applications
- Proven ability to build relationships and manage key accounts independently
- Strong communication, negotiation, and administrative skills with CRM reporting experience
- Proficiency in English and the local language(s)
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
