About the role

  • Promote Donaldson products and services through commercial and technical support to customers and distributors
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and manage sales opportunities from prospecting through closing
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with end users, OEMs, contractors, agents, and distributors
  • Establish communication matrix with different stakeholders across key accounts, engineers, operation and maintenance, plant managers, and procurement
  • Conduct site visits, assess customer equipment, and provide first-line technical support
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations tailored to customer requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams, engineering, pricing, logistics, and customer service, to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Solid first experience in technical sales
  • Experience in one of the above mentioned applications
  • Proven ability to build relationships and manage key accounts independently
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and administrative skills with CRM reporting experience
  • Proficiency in English and the local language(s)
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
