About the role
- Cooperate with sales team to negotiate with distributors to finalize annual channel plans and ensure compliance with company standards
- Regular BR with sales team to monitor partner progress, conduct acceptance inspections, and suggest improvements for non-compliant channels
- Regular BR with regional sales managers and channel managers to address the business gap and solution
- Manage to evaluate the project/account registration from dealers and respond timely
- Plan and evaluate promotional campaigns, leveraging platform resources(leads/Opp.) to drive dealers’ growth
- Track channel performance using data insights to adjust strategies and address fluctuations
- Enhance the usage of DMS to accelerate dealer business growth with an efficient way
- Initiate dealer incentive mechanism
- Enhance the interaction with dealers - support on the marketing activity of dealers, organize the online/offline trainings to dealers
- Cooperate with channel manager or sales team to develop tailored channel strategies aligned with market characteristics and sales targets
- Identify and cultivate high-quality channel partners, establish business policies, and analyze competitiveness.
- Cooperate with channel manager or sales to search for new channel partners
- Develop and implement channel business promotion strategies and plan
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above with major in related fields such as business, accounting, mathematics and etc.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM
- Good Presentation skills
- Good organization, communication and presentation skill
- 3-5 years of working experience in the relevant function
- 2+ years’ experience in Sales Operations, Customer Service, Inside Sales is plus
- Experience of working in global company/ MNC is a plus
- 30% of travel
- Good English communication and writing
