About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Fully manage data integrity for hourly payroll system
Main point of contact for hourly staff and supervisor payroll questions and data review
Complete weekly payroll processing using the UKG payroll system
Assist with month-end data collection and reporting
Support hourly staff recruitment and onboarding
Manage bid processing and UKG updates

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (e.g., Business, HR, Finance)
Experience in payroll as primary contact, processor and providing weekly compensation analytics and data reporting
Proficient with computer applications and excel spreadsheet management
UKG and SAP are preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Capable of working independently and as part of a team, with the ability to identify problems, bringing to full resolution
