Analyst

• Conduct reviews and validations of new bank information or changes to electronic funds transfer bank details provided by vendors to identify, assess, and recommend whether the bank information can be added or updated in the vendor master file, and report activities indicating exposure to financial crimes
• Evaluate, document, manage, and forward results to the Accounts Payable Manager for approval
• Perform this process in accordance with established controls and standard operating procedures
• Perform account reconciliations and monthly analyses
• Prepare journal entries
• Assist the Accounts Payable Manager in identifying and implementing improvements to the accounts payable process
• Document and maintain processes and participate in ad hoc projects as needed
