About the role
- Engage with trial users and new prospects to understand their needs and convert them into long-term customers through meaningful conversations, tailored demos, and thoughtful outreach.
- Build relationships with UK partners and referrers.
- Collaborate with Product and Support teams to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Manage your sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM.
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within a SaaS environment.
- Demonstrable experience meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs, with 2+ years of experience meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Confident delivering product demos to a variety of audiences, clearly articulating value and tailoring presentations to customer needs
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to respond to prospects and customers in a timely, professional, and engaging manner
- Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage a varied pipeline and workload using tools like HubSpot (or a similar CRM)
- Customer-centric mindset with a proactive, positive attitude and a passion for helping businesses succeed through smart, consultative selling.
