About the role

  • Gather business requirements from requesting departments to understand and map needs;
  • Execute physical design development by specifying and coding programs according to the model defined together with the systems architecture team, in both project implementations and system maintenance/support;
  • Develop high-complexity projects or service requests, including analyzing the request, defining technical requirements and timelines, and following established standards for user approval;
  • Perform unit and integration testing of programs and systems, including test scripts and preparation of test data sets, to verify functional behavior and fulfillment of user requests;
  • Validate system processes with users, providing technical support and guiding them in operation and validation;
  • Support the deployment process, assisting the operations team and monitoring results to ensure proper functioning;
  • Identify potential infrastructure, performance, or system failure points and propose solutions/improvements to eliminate issues in the short, medium, and long term;
  • Monitor quality and performance indicators of systems, services, and components to drive continuous improvement in the quality of services delivered.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing IT solutions and projects;
  • Experience across the various phases of a system development project (SDLC);
  • Knowledge of relational database modeling;
  • Knowledge of the Plataforma Alta environment;
  • Experience developing/coding on the Plataforma Alta platform;
  • Extensive experience with DevOps processes, code quality, and unit testing;
  • Experience developing mission-critical systems.
  • Previous experience with financial-market technologies related to payroll-deductible loans (consigned credit);
  • Knowledge of Mainframe and Db2.
