About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supports the end-to-end recruitment process by partnering with Recruiters to attract, engage, and hire top talent
  • Manages job postings, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, administering assessments, and maintaining strong candidate pipelines
  • Ensures an efficient, compliant, and positive hiring experience while supporting critical staffing needs
  • Creates and manages job postings within the Applicant Tracking System (UKG)
  • Supports critical hiring needs by managing the critical openings list in partnership with Recruiters
  • Builds and maintains candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies
  • Engages and screens candidates by providing an overview of opportunities
  • Coordinates and supports the interview process by scheduling interviews, preparing materials, and ensuring timely communication
  • Administers pre-employment assessments and distributes results to Recruiters and hiring managers
  • Collaborates with Recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs
  • Contributes to continuous improvement of recruiting processes and candidate experience
  • Provides administrative and project support to the Talent Acquisition team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate degree in related field; or equivalent combinations of education and experience
  • One (1) year of experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, or sales
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., UKG) preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
