About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supports the end-to-end recruitment process by partnering with Recruiters to attract, engage, and hire top talent
- Manages job postings, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, administering assessments, and maintaining strong candidate pipelines
- Ensures an efficient, compliant, and positive hiring experience while supporting critical staffing needs
- Creates and manages job postings within the Applicant Tracking System (UKG)
- Supports critical hiring needs by managing the critical openings list in partnership with Recruiters
- Builds and maintains candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies
- Engages and screens candidates by providing an overview of opportunities
- Coordinates and supports the interview process by scheduling interviews, preparing materials, and ensuring timely communication
- Administers pre-employment assessments and distributes results to Recruiters and hiring managers
- Collaborates with Recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Contributes to continuous improvement of recruiting processes and candidate experience
- Provides administrative and project support to the Talent Acquisition team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate degree in related field; or equivalent combinations of education and experience
- One (1) year of experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, or sales
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., UKG) preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
