About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide a premiere hiring experience to candidates and hiring managers by guiding them through the full cycle recruiting process
- Develop internal and external relationships and increase Dominium awareness in the cities we serve throughout the United States
- Source and develop diverse talent pipelines for multiple roles through various channels
- Partner with Hiring Managers to create efficient and effective recruitment strategies
- Conduct phone interviews and schedule face to face interviews when needed
- Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates
- Negotiate employment terms and make job offers
- Track progress on each candidate in the applicant tracking system (UKG)
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4-year degree in HR or related field or equivalent combinations of education and experience
- One (1) year of recruiting, sales or related experience required
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook), social media platforms and ATS software
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality, think independently and work with minimal supervision
- Exceptional time management, organizational, and communication skills required
- Strong hiring manager influencing skills
