About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide support to the Talent Acquisition (TA) team
- Perform backend hiring processes, sourcing, interviewing, and scheduling hiring manager interviews
- Partner with TA Manager and Coordinators on moving candidates through the hiring process
- Assist with sourcing and prescreening talent
- Partner with Recruiters on interviewing and assessing candidates
- Schedule hiring manager interviews and follow up on next steps
Requirements
What you’ll need- Pursuing a degree in HR, Sales, Marketing, Communications or similar degree
