About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and advance loans from set-up through closing with accuracy and speed to support a high-volume pipeline.
Deliver an exceptional borrower experience while coordinating all stakeholders to on-time settlements.
Process loans from set-up through closing in an organized and timely manner
Assist with Post-closing issues
Coordinate mortgage settlements with borrower, legal, and title
Review document checklists to ensure completeness and accuracy
Review title, legal, and settlement documents
Build relationships with borrowers and deliver a high level of customer service
Communicate with transaction stakeholders
Maintain an individual pipeline of loans

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of title and/or mortgage experience
Strong experience reviewing title documents
Prior experience with Salesforce-preferred
Proficiency with Outlook and Adobe products
Strong Microsoft Office experience
Experience lending directly to LLCs is a plus
Must be incredibly detail-oriented
Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Advanced verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
Real estate knowledge is a plus
Strong work ethic and can-do attitude.
