Drive new business development and manage existing wholesale broker relationships, guiding deals through to closing.
Support Dominion’s growth through market development and strong client relationship management.
Own and grow wholesale mortgage sales in your market; achieve and exceed monthly loan production targets in non-QM space.
Onboard and convert new relationships into long-term success stories; collaborate with internal teams to move loans from submission to closing.
What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; 3–4 years non-QM wholesale lending experience; 5+ years mortgage industry experience; strong broker relationships; knowledge of mortgage lending guidelines and compliance; proficiency with Salesforce, Encompass, Microsoft Office; strong communication.
