About the role

  • Senior Account Executive - Wholesale Remote Full Time role with Dominion Financial Wholesale, focusing on non-QM mortgage products.
  • Drive new business development and manage existing wholesale broker relationships, guiding deals through to closing.
  • Support Dominion’s growth through market development and strong client relationship management.
  • Own and grow wholesale mortgage sales in your market; achieve and exceed monthly loan production targets in non-QM space.
  • Onboard and convert new relationships into long-term success stories; collaborate with internal teams to move loans from submission to closing.
  • What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; 3–4 years non-QM wholesale lending experience; 5+ years mortgage industry experience; strong broker relationships; knowledge of mortgage lending guidelines and compliance; proficiency with Salesforce, Encompass, Microsoft Office; strong communication.

Requirements

  • A hunter mentality with 3–4 years of success in non-QM wholesale lending, and 5+ years in the mortgage industry overall.
  • A track record of building strong broker relationships and consistently exceeding production targets.
  • Deep knowledge of mortgage lending guidelines, compliance, and market dynamics.
  • Confidence navigating tools like Salesforce, Encompass, and Microsoft Office.
